5G Technology

Telecoms inheritance design

1G was designed for calling proposed
2G was the advance version of 1G where you could call and text
3G it came with call, text, and Internet as well
4G is the advance level of 3G that provide high speed of data streaming
5G or five Generation Technologies

Why 5G?

New technologies, more network devices, high quality of video and voice broadcasting, 4G devices cannot carry the high loads of data, such as VR Virtual reality, Driverless cars, Drones so on.

How 5G works?

5 technologies behind the 5G

1.      Millimeter Wave
2.      Small Cell
3.      Massive MIMO Multiple-In Multiple-Out
4.      Beam Framing
5.      Full Duplex

Now a days 4G is less than 6 GHz but more request up on front, therefore shorter millimeter wave to carry high weight of data, in between 30GHz to 300 GHz, more bandwidth for everyone.
The catch is millimeter is cannot travel will through building or other obstacles to fix these problem, other technology get the responsibilities called SMALL CELL, Today wireless network required larger of higher power to broadcast their signal over long distance, remember higher frequency millimeter wave have a harder time travel through obstacle mean if you move behind one you loss the single, SMALL CELL solved that problem which used 100 low power main base station and these tower are much closer in between each other compare to tradition tower or antenna, kinds of roaming profile, whenever you move, the base station is switching A, B, C so on and keep you online all the time.
Massive MIMO Multiple-In Multiple-Out, today 4G stations has more than 10 to 50 station antenna but MIMO can support 100 of antenna and it required as well for 5G
Beam Framing traffic signaling system for Cellular signal instead of broadcast on every direction, focus on cellular user,
Actually 5G is half duplex but they used transmitter that avoid confliction. Mean its work as a full duplex.
I love simplicity like "Steve Jobs" I hope the article was helpful
