Be aware that the COVID-19 Pandemic has sparked a huge increase in at home internet usage across the countries. Some issue you're seeing would be with your Wireless Modem, Internet Service Providers, or computer hardware & Software. Therefore I have pointed out some Common reason with Solution.
1. Use wire instead of wireless. What I or most of Network and Cyber Security Engineers suggesting. Wire is more stable and reliable there will be less interruption, only cable loss can cause the slowness. Wireless connection is less stable and reliable because it's wireless everyone can access it! chance of hacking are more than Wire., w're witness of channel overlapping channel conflict, channel interruption (MIM) If you still need to use Wireless, relocate your Wireless modem or router! make it close to your Computer!
3. Speed Test; Make sure to speed test, give your modem or router a quick restart or recycle most of the internet issues has been resolved by simple restarting the modem or router. Check other computer in your home if they have no complain then it would be a chance of Spyware or Malware!

4. Keep your IT equipment update to date include your Windows or Mac OS,
Software updates are important because they often include critical patches to security holes ..
