What's wireless conflict ?

If you and your next door office or neighbor using the same network channel, then Wireless conflict occur, and slow down your network connection because it's overlapping!

Generally in wireless data communication (802.11) we have two Wireless Frequency Band
                                                                          2.4 GHz / 5 GHz

In the 2.4 GHz band there're three free available channel (1,6,11). Now your wireless access point
struggling in between these channels if you used Auto mode for channel selection! You can use manual selection, because there's more room such 2.4 does support up to 14 channel.

5GHz  provide faster speed to a smaller area, more reliable connection. It's the newer technology
and shorter radio waves mean it can cover less distance. offer far more usable channels then 2.4GHz plus it now a day most wireless access points comes with DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) and 5GHz Currently used by fewer devices, so there're fewer noise and interference issues.

So when you setup your wireless access point, use wireless scanner with 2.4GHz to find free channel in your area! for example if 1 , 6 , 11 is already been used you can chose 3 or 8 so on.
The best solution would be coordinate with your neighbors or next office to arrange WiFi channel
with 5HGz channel if it comes with DFS feature you should no worry it will select best channel dynamical.

Warning !!!
WIFI of any kind does emit RF, or EMF, radiation. This radiation in large quantities over long periods of time can cause harm to the body.
